Join our team as an Import & Export Customer Service Specialist!
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Import & Exports Customer Service Specialist to join our Airfreight team. The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and proactive export service to all customers, both overseas and related service providers. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of export operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Location: Nuneaton, UK
Hours: 9:00 to 17:30
What will you be doing?
- Arrange collections from vendors.
- Utilize Tango - system for producing shipping documentation (MAWB, HAWB).
- Prepare export entries per UK HMRC regulations.
- Perform post-flight tasks.
- Handle job file invoicing & Control costs effectively.
- Investigate and respond to queries and complaints from customers and suppliers promptly.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing.
About You
- Experience in Imports & Exports in Airfreight desirable.
- Proven ability to provide an efficient and proactive export service to all customers and service providers.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
- Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and service providers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
Even if you don't have experience in Airfreight, having experience in Ocean and/or Land freight for Imports and Exports will still be considered.
