Le directeur de l'intégration de la chaîne d'approvisionnement sera chargé d'apporter des améliorations progressives à la catégorie en ce qui concerne l'exécution des initiatives, la gestion des coûts, la commercialisation, l'exécution de l'innovation et l'efficacité du S&OP/IBP. Il sera responsable de l'intégration des opérations et des initiatives dans la chaîne de valeur de bout en bout et dans la catégorie. Il est responsable de l'exécution interentreprises de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, y compris de la propriété, de la coordination et de la communication des initiatives. Le directeur de l'intégration de la chaîne d'approvisionnement travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes chargées de la catégorie, de la R&D, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de la fabrication. En fin de compte, le directeur sera la principale ressource du vice-président de la catégorie en ce qui concerne les initiatives opérationnelles.

Cette personne soutiendra également le processus de planification de l'offre et de la demande et le processus IBP pour la catégorie. En outre, il sera responsable de la normalisation et de la maintenance de la composante opérationnelle de la catégorie (ESR) du processus IBP. En fin de compte, le directeur de l'intégration des opérations sera l'intégrateur de l'entreprise pour assurer l'exécution efficace des initiatives de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, des ventes et du marketing pour la catégorie. Il s'agit également d'appliquer la partie LEAP des processus Operations et IBP, une approche éprouvée de la gestion d'entreprise qui fait référence dans le secteur. Les compétences de leadership en matière de collaboration, de gestion de projet, de travail en équipe et de mise en place de pratiques/processus/indicateurs de performance efficaces sont essentielles à cet effort. La capacité à accompagner les équipes de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et des catégories vers une meilleure compréhension des opérations et une plus grande performance globale est inhérente à ce rôle.

• En tant que membre de la fonction Chaîne d'approvisionnement au sein des opérations, vous travaillez avec la catégorie pour assurer une gestion efficace des initiatives de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de bout en bout dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise et des opérations, y compris la fabrication, la logistique, la maintenance, la qualité, la sécurité, l'environnement et le service à la clientèle.
• Améliorer nos processus de gestion des initiatives et de transformation du COGS afin de permettre la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux de la catégorie et de l'entreprise. 
• Responsable de la gestion des capacités dans le cadre du processus de planification de la demande et de l'offre pour la catégorie.
• Responsable de la planification tout au long de la chaîne de valeur de la catégorie/de l'entreprise pour la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Intégrateur clé pour les initiatives de l'entreprise en matière de commercialisation, de NPI et d'innovation de produits (R&D).
• Mettre en place une gestion de projet pour les opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et le soutien global de la catégorie
• Soutenir le développement et le renouvellement des stratégies S&OP, IBP et LEAP pour la catégorie.
• Soutenir les recommandations pour la création, la justification et la mise en œuvre de tous les projets d'investissement.
• Soutenir la réalisation de tous les indicateurs clés de performance des opérations, y compris ceux liés à la commercialisation, à l'innovation, à la rénovation, aux économies de coûts, à la précision des prévisions et au service.

• Forte compréhension des réseaux de fabrication et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement

• Capacité à identifier et à combler les lacunes du plan

About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities:

• HNW: Work with LBUs to identify areas of improvement based on Group HNW advisor framework (e.g. capability building and propositions); advise LBUs to design and build HNW ecosystems, e.g. tax, legal, health and lifestyle.
• Product Propositions: Work with LBUs to study the product portfolio available in target markets; assist LBUs to design product propositions for new agents, existing agents or specific segments (e.g. HNW) to optimize sales; work with agency training teams to improve training as appropriate; collect insights from agency to feedback to Marketing.
• Training & Development: Collaborate with Group Distribution’s Learning & Development team; partner with Local Business Unit Heads of Training (HOTs) and their teams to ensure execution of Learning & Development roadmaps, support LBUs in driving training & development for Agency Executives (AEs), agency leaders and agents to support Premier Agency strategy.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with at least 10 years’ work experience, preferably with regional experience in Asian
• Prior insurance industry experience and Agency experience required, preferably with experience in High Net Worth, Product Propositions or Training & Development
• Ability to engage with C-level suite and agency management staff
• Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence, lead and transfer skills to Local Business Unit teams

The Strategic Sourcing Administrator - in a temporary, part-time role and reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing - works directly with Supplier and Category Managers, and may also assist Georgetown stakeholders with procurement and sourcing inquiries.
