As Director, Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) in Singapore you will be part of the Global Responsible Supply Chain Leadership Team, reporting into the Senior Director, RSC, based in Nike’s World Headquarters in Beaverton Oregon. You will lead a team of sustainability subject matter experts, based in Singapore, driving performance against sustainability strategy and targets. We’re looking for a Responsible Supply Chain Director in our Singapore office, to join the global Responsible Supply Chain leadership team. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The successful candidate will consult on Nike’s Enterprise Sustainability Strategy, Standards and targets, leading the implementation and execution of Nike’s Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) Strategy with Supply Chain Partners. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering Nike’s Foundational Excellence program with Supply Chain Partners, driving performance against Code and Standards.
• Building Partner capabilities through Summits, Workshops and supporting Learning Communities.

Responsibilities

Facility operational Security

• Promote awareness and ensure facilities are compliant with Physical Security Standard/Policy of security related GEA policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure that all necessary sites in the region have Business Continuity Plans in place.
• Assist in coordinating the installation or replacement of security systems at GEA facilities to ensure compatibility and continuity of systems and applications.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analysis of GEA facility security plans for compliance with existing GEA policies and procedures.
• When needed conduct comprehensive site security reviews of GEA construction projects underway in AOR.
• Ensure the reporting of all incidents involving crime, security violations, critical security intelligence and incident trends via GEA reporting system, review incoming reports and provide guidance to close incidents.
• Security incident/investigation leader, receive and evaluate information on security-related adverse incidents and make recommendations to preclude recurrence.
• Provide general oversight and guidance on the security operations for GEA sites, to include advising on security protocols/standards, guard services, access control, crisis management and business continuity.
• Ensure SSLs are conducting security related training exercises, tabletops, and mitigating findings.

Regional Security Point of Contact

• Keep abreast of relevant security industry standards/regulations, incoming security-related correspondence as well as monitor national and international events to assess security-related trends and implications on GEA business operations and staff within the region.
• Provide oversight and leadership on security-related activities as the primary security focal-point for the region and the business leadership.
• When necessary, travel outside of AOR to assist other GEA members of the Global Security team.
• Deploy as part of an Incident Management Team in response to an incident when on the ground assistance is required.

Audits/Assessments

• Conduct security audits & inspections of GEA facilities. Participate in other GEA audits and inspections as required by GEA Global Security.
• Analyze the potential security risk with regards to newly acquired businesses and implementing GEA security policies and processes in these businesses, supply chain partners.
• Provide GEA regional business leaders with technical knowledge and assist in coordinating vendors with field locations on proposed security-related equipment and expenses.
• Conduct comprehensive risk and site vulnerability assessments to identify deficiencies and best practices and provide recommendations for the protection of employees and to prevent financial loss, damage, or business interruptions.

Qualifications:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Planning & Supply Pipeline Development
Formulates a pipeline of real estate options to support A*STAR?s future space needs in the area of Biosafety Level 2/Chemistry labs, Data Centers and Manufacturing Labs, taking into consideration future of work space and emerging industry sectors, with emphasis on sustainability. This includes liaison with real estate companies/consultancy firms and research performers in Singapore to understand space availability over a time horizon of 5-10 years.

Supply Matching and Stakeholders Management
Collaborates with stakeholders, including end-users, facility teams and research planning departments to match space demands to A*STAR prevailing leased space or explore alternatives, to enable timely execution of research activities. This entails having a good understanding of the infrastructure specifications and configuration of each space and its ability to meet the intended requirements and operations, including regulatory compliance.

Tenancy management
Coordinates, negotiates and establishes or renews tenancy for A*STAR spaces, considering various factors, such as terms and conditions offered and overall cost competitiveness. Serves as contract manager for various A*STAR tenancies.

REQUIREMENTS

· Background in Civil Engineering, being a Registered Professional Engineer, with minimum 5 to 8 years relevant experience in the real estate consultancy/marketing. Experience in managing R&D space planning would be advantageous.

· Possess good leadership skills in leading multi-disciplinary teams

· Confident to communicate at all levels and able to think creatively and apply strategic thinking to tasks.

The Platform CFO is a Senior Director and is the business partner for dealership operations and oversees certain store accounting functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. Responsibilities will include performing detailed analytical projects, action plan tracking, and information gathering while influencing effectiveness at all levels of the organization, adapting to rapidly changing business needs, assessing and improving business processes and measuring effectiveness of processes and initiatives.

The Platform CFO reports directly to the Sr. Director, Office Operations and has direct management responsibilities for a team of Controllers & Directors.

*Position will cover 33 stores in our Texas region, and would ideally be based in Texas with an office at our Dallas Accounting Center (APC). Potential to work remote outside of the market.

Responsibilities

• Operate at a tactical, strategic and operational level, as the business partner to Dealership Operations leadership.
• Coordinate and partner with Dealership Operations leadership in operational performance reviews at the store and regional levels including creating materials to highlight improvement areas and strategic focuses.
• Coordinate and partner with Dealership Operations leadership on pre- and post-acquisition activities to facilitate successful integration including onboarding of new teams, identification of process changes and training needs.
• Determine and track metrics that measure the successful implementation of various strategic projects and initiatives, report out on conclusions driven by data and analysis.
• Proactively identify issues that could impact the successful achievement of business objectives or initiative success; identify and elevate those issues to the Dealership Operations leadership team to resolve the problem and further mitigate the risk.
• Manage the financial close process for dealerships. This includes overseeing the team responsible for the dealership general ledgers and ensuring financial results are recorded timely and accurately. 
• Provide oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational structure or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility
• Liaison with the Performance Management team, build and generate project specific reporting as needed
• Liaison with the Accounting Shared Services teams to ensure effective, timely processing of dealership related transactions
• Analyzes P&L and identifies opportunities to increase revenue or decrease costs

Skills and Qualifications

• BS or BA in accounting, finance, or economics; CPA desirable, but not required.
