We are looking for a ESS Operations Leader for ASEAN & MEA for our PHC Regional Business Unit (RBU) who can be a great collaborator with very diverse teams in the Personal Health Care Organization as well as with our External manufacturing business partners. Your team
You will report to Senior Director, Supply Network Leader for the RBU. The role will supervise a diverse team of people in ESS Operations, extended Multi-functional team including ESS Quality, ESS Purchases, ESS MPD, ESS Business Planning closely engaging with external multi -functional- Commercial & R&D teams, Finance, Regulatory & R&D team members.
How success looks like
- End to end execution of ESS Supply Chain Operating strategy with External Business Partners.
- Outstanding supply service delivery of Service & Cash targets of ESS Supply Chains.
- Deliver Cost - Net Structural Savings by creating a pipeline of Ideas and
- Deliver Flawless Initiatives of the PHC Business Unit that touch the ESS manufacturing sites.
- Highly engaged & capable ESS organization and improving pipeline for future PS leaders
Responsibilities of the role
- Develop & Implement ESS Operations Master Plan for ESS Supply Chain . Drive strategic decisions impacting supply chain with the lead team
- Deliver best-in-class customer service, Quality, Cost & Initiative partnering closely with BU PS leaders and External manufacturing sites
- Achieve end-to-end supply chain operational sufficiency to support profitable business growth
- Build a robust ESS Operations Organization.
Role Requirements
- 10+ years of consumer & Pharma goods supply chain, manufacturing, operations, quality assurance, Planning and customer service experience.
- Experience in dealing with External Manufacturing partners. Building relationships & Influencing External partner Organization will be critical.
- Experience in production management, Operational efficiencies , Initiative delivery through External manufacturing sites.
- Experience in leading and collaborating with large multi-functional teams with varied strengths.
- Knowledge & expertise of manufacturing & Operational excellence. Knowledge & Experience in IWS system will be preferred.
- Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Communication within internal P&G stakeholders and External Manufacturing partner.
- Fluency in Bahasa language (Oral & Written) is preferred.
