This Assistant Federal Security Director - Generalist position is located at William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). If selected, you will be responsible for supporting the Federal Security Director (FSD) by providing day to day direction for airport security and operations at airports with multiple checkpoints and a workforce. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing support in the following areas: tactical planning, execution and operating management for coordinated security services.

As an AIRCRAFT PROPELLER MECHANIC (SMALL SHOP CHIEF) (TITLE 32) with the Texas Army National Guard, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Plans and lays out work to be accomplished in the shop, which is then completed by the incumbent and lower graded mechanic(s). Determines approaches, methods and courses of action required to accomplish the mission of the shop in an effective and efficient manner. Independently determines appropriate maintenance procedures. Estimates time, equipment and material requirements. Devises and maintains plans and records. Provides recommendations and input to the supervisor concerning personnel actions such as performance appraisals, awards, position description changes, disciplinary actions, and leave.

The position will manage the front office operations for the organization and directing the activities of staff, while providing technical oversight and advice to other positions throughout AVP.

The Chief of Staff manages the work of a large, multi-level organization typically through subordinate managers. The incumbent serves as the Deputy Chief Banking Officer (DCBO) in the Office of the Chief Banking Officer (OCBO) and reports to the Senior Vice President and Chief Banking Officer.

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Board of Directors, the management of EXIM's external client relationships and transactions, and product structure, design, and delivery. The Deputy is responsible for providing financial assistance in response to requests from U.S. exporters, foreign buyers, foreign governments, foreign and domestic commercial banks, insurance brokers and other eligible applicants. The incumbent of this position pursues OCBO-wide program and policy initiatives and coordinates the implementation; develops recommendations for the OCBO regarding policy, processes, and issues; assists in managing the loan applications, administration, and processes; manages special assignments as designated by the CBO and serves as an expert resource consultant for the staff of the OCBO. The OCBO is responsible for the loan, guarantee and insurance products, and the overall relationship management of EXIMs external clients.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Serves as a key member of the senior staff of the Office of Chief Banking Officer which includes Office heads in the OCBO. Provides guidance and counsel to OCBO and Office heads as necessary, assists in the establishment of OCBO objectives and program goals, and alerts CBO and OCBO office heads regarding guidelines and needed results. The incumbent plays an important role in the development, implementation and improvement of processes and programs within the OCBO. The DCBO leads and manages the OCBO programs for EXIM's offices. The DCBO provides leadership, direct supervision, and management support to a team of professional and administrative staff; develops and/or implements major planning, evaluation, or monitoring of long/short range operational plans, resource requirements, and/or budgets for the OCBO; and continually monitors and evaluates budget, fiscal, and administrative controls to manage the OCBO's programs and services.
• Identifies and prioritizes issues requiring the attention of the CBO concerning all within OCBO. The incumbent develops recommendations for the CBO and implements decisions with respect to staff allocations, personnel requirements and selection, operating program and administrative budgets, training requirements and programs and logistics support to staff for productivity and performance. The position is responsible for providing executive-level management and oversight of the Office of Marine Safety (OMS), which investigates, analyzes, develops, and prepares detailed reports and proposed probable cause determinations of all major marine casualties that occur in the US or that involve US flagged vessels anywhere in the world.

Major duties include, but are not limited to:

• Plans, manages, directs, and evaluates the work of the OMS. Provides direction to professional engineers, marine accident investigators, and other technical and support staff to assure high quality marine accident investigations. Implements and exercises NTSB policies and guidelines.
• Manages the accident investigation process and oversees accident report preparation to ensure timely and appropriate response to the Board. Under delegated authority, initiates accident investigations to implement the NTSB Congressional mandate and NTSB priorities. Ensures all factors of accidents/incidents have been identified, objectively examined, and documented. Determines probable cause(s) of each accident.
• Develops a strategic and annual operating plan for the implementation of short-term and long-term objectives for the OMS.
• Coordinates OMS programs with other Federal, state, and local government agencies, industry groups, and foreign governments, as appropriate. Initiates activities aimed at promoting the public image of the work of the NTSB. Meets with high-ranking officials to develop and negotiate the implementation of national and international goals and objectives, as appropriate.
• Establishes and maintains liaison with international and domestic industry, safety groups, labor organizations, associations, Congress, Federal regulators, etc. Provides authoritative advice and expertise in the development of industry standards and regulations, technology, and new applications of existing technology. Provides Congressional testimony, as needed. Represents the NTSB and serves as a member of the U.S. delegation at international meetings on accident investigation issues.

The Deputy Associate Director:

• Serves as a recognized Office and Departmental authority for National Security Council coordination and policy matters to ensure appropriate Departmental representation for National Security Council meetings, respond to National Security Council inquiries, and assist senior executive leadership with meeting preparation, attendance, and follow-up.
• Receives classified meeting materials from the National Security Council and across the Federal Government; reviews as appropriate for Division, Office, and Departmental equities; and ensures proper handling, distribution, and storage.
• Serves as the lead analyst for policy and has supervisory responsibilities in three primary areas: staff coordination and representation with National Security Council and equivalent policy-making organizations, Departmental policy review, and inter-departmental planning and coordination.

The Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Finance will partner with Supply Chain Management to extract hidden competitive advantages in the company’s sourcing, procurement, logistics and distribution chain. This job will create structural transparency and accountability using KPIs. Essential Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a clear strategic vision of how Finance can enable supply chain to optimize the business and organization. Build an organization of analysts to partner with the Operation to achieve financial commitments.

• Provide strategic business leadership with Executive Supply Chain Management on initiatives and sequencing to create a company competitive advantage in sourcing, production, logistics, distribution, and procurement cost and sourcing

• Be one of the organizations strongest change catalysts and set that pace within your team of analysts

• Develop multi-year cost and capacity target and glide paths in line with revenue and profitability targets through production and sourcing strategies

• Develop cash targets, inventory goals and BOM targets that tie back to P&L model financial goas.

• Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes and the monthly forecasting process for the consolidated Supply Chain.

• Create predictable, sustainable and repeating finance processes. Drive continuous improvement in current processes
