• Significant pre-owned vehicle sales management experience & proven history of success, qld sales licence, full QLD drivers licence.

• The ability and openness to follow a well-constructed blueprint for success while motivating and supporting your sales team - leading by example daily. 
• A good understanding of the prestige-preowned vehicle market and good general basic mechanical knowledge.
• Exceptional presentation, keen eye for detail, a good understanding of the importance of world class facility and inventory merchandising, maintenance & presentation
• The ability to multitask, thrive under pressure and time constraints, work autonomously as well as a part of a close-knit team while utilising the latest tech, computer systems and apps
