Excell Supply is currently seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants for a school in Crewe.

Responsibilities:
· Follow instructions and guidance provided by the class teacher.
· Ensure children's safety both in and out of the classroom.
· Supervise children during playtime and lunchtime.
· Prepare classroom materials, including cutting, sticking, photocopying, and laminating.
· Observe and provide feedback to the class teacher regarding children's learning.
· Effectively manage off-task behaviours.
Requirements:
· Be an excellent and inspirational class practitioner, with children's well-being at the forefront of all actions.
· Have high expectations for pupils' achievement and behaviour.
· Possess excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
· Previous experience working with children or adults in a caring capacity.
· Demonstrate transferrable skills such as teamwork, initiative, flexibility, adaptability, remaining calm under pressure, caring, and helpfulness.
· Right to work in the UK.
· Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (can be obtained through Excell Supply if necessary).
· All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, or eligible to apply for a relevant work visa.
Level 1, 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification preferred, but not essential.
