Job Overview:
This role will operate within the Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) Team under Sourcing and Contract Management and partner closely with key stakeholders to support projects, as necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sourcing managers to meet company objectives as you produce, implement, and support sourcing strategies that ensure best value
- Manage and prioritize the project stream, working with internal stakeholders to determine project definition and business requirements
- Manage and monitor supplier performance using meaningful and objective KPI measurements and periodic business reviews
- Verify and maintain accurate supplier data, including tax and bank information, quotations, and legal agreements
- Reconcile outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies through proactive customer/stakeholder engagement
- Assist competitive bidding using a multi-step sourcing process and utilization of RFx.
- Support Procurement / Contracts Projects as required.

Education and Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a BS/MS in Procurement/Business Administration or equivalent
- General understanding of procurement, supplier chain, and supplier management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with eProcurement technologies a plus (i.e., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle)
- Facilitation skills to collaborate with stakeholders and within Global Strategic Sourcing
- Good teamwork and influencing skills
- Can commit to at least a 12-week internship
- Ability to relocate to the Bay Area, California, for the duration of the internship
