The Medical Global Supply Chain Execution team is responsible for managing the IT relationship between Cardinal Health business and IT teams. This role will lead the development and implementation of marketing plans for the U.S. Distribution business portfolio.         What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the hardware electronics design and development process for aerospace projects.

• Design and implement high-reliability electronic systems, including PCBs, embedded systems, and power electronics.

• Conduct component selection, schematic design, and PCB layout to meet aerospace standards and requirements.

• Coordinate with layout engineers to oversee PCB layout activities.

• Perform detailed analysis, simulation, thermal management and testing of electronic circuits and systems.

• Capture and analyze requirements for power supply design projects.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues during development and testing phases.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including DO-254 and DO-178C.

• Utilize knowledge of DO-160/ MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-461 Qualification tests to ensure hardware compliance with aerospace testing standards.

• Proficiency in tools and software for PCB design (e.g., DxDesigner, Mentor Graphics, CR5000).

• Conduct lab testing, including designing test equipment and writing/executing test procedures/scripts for engineering.

• Check out/DVT and production sublevel testing.

The Sr Manager, Supply Chain Planning and PLM Technology collaborates with key supply chain leaders within the global organization to chart a strategy and vision to continuously transform our planning capability in response to an increasingly fast-paced and digitally enabled supply chain. A strong candidate for this role will bring their experience of planning solutions and platforms to bear to come up with creative solutions. This leader will also demonstrate their ability to mentor and coach their organization to adapt and be flexible to new ways of working.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

1. Develop and deliver against a multi-year strategy for Supply Chain Planning and PLM solutions.

2. Document the current supply chain system planning landscape and draft the future supply chain planning system landscape to support the growth and articulate how the architecture aligns with business strategy.

3. Execute multi-year end-to-end year planning program & re-implementation of PLM solution at Deckers.

4. Coordinate team efforts (internal & external), communications to senior leadership, and setting clear prioritization and objectives.

We’d love to hear from people with

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering; Master’s degree a plus.

• 8+ years of experience implementing supply chain planning and product lifecycle management solutions.
• Experience in implementing and managing planning platforms like (O9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, and Kinaxis) is a must.
• Experience in implementing cloud-based product lifecycle management solutions is a must.
• Familiarity with contemporary data platforms, architecture, integration & analytics platforms, and approaches (e.g., Boomi, Oracle SOA, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, SAP Business Technology Platform)

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location.
