Job responsibilities

• Heavy truck and lorry drivers drive and tend heavy motor vehicles to transport goods, liquids and heavy materials over short or long distances.
• Tasks include –
• Driving and tending a heavy motor vehicle, such as a lorry with or without trailer or a dump-truck, to transport goods, liquids or heavy materials over short or long distances;
• Determining the most appropriate routes;
• Ensuring that goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage;
• Assisting with or carrying out loading or unloading operations, using various lifting or tipping devices;
• Carrying out minor maintenance to vehicles, and arranging major maintenance and repairs;
• Estimating weights to comply with load limitations, and ensuring the safe distribution of weights.

崗位職責

• 重型卡車和卡車司機駕駛並管理重型機動車輛來短距離或長距離運輸貨物、液體和重型材料。
• 任務包括——
• 駕駛和管理重型機動車輛，例如有或沒有拖車的卡車或自卸卡車，以短距離或長距離運輸貨物、液體或重型材料；
• 確定最適合的路線；
• 確保貨物存放並安全覆蓋，以防止遺失和損壞；
• 使用各種起重或傾卸裝置協助或進行裝卸作業；
• 對車輛進行小保養，並安排大保養和維修；
• 估計重量以符合負載限制，並確保重量的安全分配。

職位說明/職責

1. 將貨物和交付物運送至預定目的地。

2. 確保車輛機械性能良好且合法上路。

3. 安全固定重物和大型貨物以進行運輸。

4. 組織從上車點到下車點最有效的路線。

5. 監督並協助將貨物裝卸到卡車上。

6. 將庫存分類、整理並存放在適當的位置。

7. 操作堆高機等重型機械來移動或儲存庫存。

8.每週/每月庫存檢查。

9. 協助日常倉庫活動，如收貨、貼標籤、儲存和包裝。

要求

• SPM 或同等教育資格。
• 擁有有效的 D 級和 GDL 級駕駛執照
• 至少 1 年貨車司機經驗。
• 熟悉車輛（卡車、貨車和轎車）的基本機械原理將是一個額外的優勢。
• 可依要求在週末、公共假日、外地、午夜、加班延長工作時間。
• 能夠用英語、馬來語和/或華語進行溝通。
• 能夠使用Waze、谷歌地圖和其他類似的導航應用程式。

週一至週六上午 8:30 至下午 5:00

薪資範圍：2500 – 3000（可議）

Job Description / Responsibilities

1.      Transporting goods and deliveries to their intended destinations.

2.      Ensuring vehicles are mechanically sound and legally roadworthy.

3.      Safely securing heavy loads and large goods for transport.

4.      Organising the most efficient route from pickup point to drop off point.

5.      Supervising and assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries into the lorry.

6.      Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.

7.      Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory.

8.      Weekly / Monthly stock check.

9.      Assist daily warehouse activities such as receiving, labelling, storing and packing.

Requirements

• SPM or equivalent education qualification.
• Possess valid driving license class D & GDL
• At least 1 year experience as Lorry driver.
• Familiar with the basic mechanics of vehicles (Lorry, Van and Car) would be an added advantage.
• Able to work extended on weekend, public holiday, outstation, midnight, overtime upon request.
• Capable to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
• Able to use Waze, google maps and others similar navigation app.
