- Perform daily the Replenishment & Allocation
- Monitor constantly Store Capacity vs Stock on hand.
- Actively collecting data from stores and keeping updated the capacity data for all SAP stores
- Check the Target stock level vs OH for all SKUs and all stores constantly, to make sure that TSL is in line with latest sales performances
- Define allocation strategies in order to always ensure optimised inventory in store, changing the weeks of coverage and the depth of each SKU, accordingly to events/renovations/changes happening in store
- Secure correct level of Inventory for new store opening, renovations, pop-up stores etc. to avoid stock out situation and secure sufficient coverage for best-sellers
Provide Inventory Visibility to Retail, Merchandising & VM Team:
- Support Merchandising team in keeping a "right sized" assortment. To quickly identify the "low performing" styles, and the changes to be made to the current assortment in order to optimize the inventory.
Update Demand & Planning Team on Events and Trends:
- Consolidate feedback at line and department level from sales performance and provide data to the demand and planning team (including buyers’ feedback on the sales forecast)
Adhoc Activities:
- Work with the VM & Merchandising team on special events such as Openings/ Refurbishments/Special launches, to ensure correct level of inventory in store
Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Project Management/Management or equivalent education and experience, is preferred
- 4 - 6 years’ experience in merchandising/merchandising planning/supply chain
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office suite. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups)
- Good relational skills, to be able to work in an international environment and to be able to build and keep strong relationships with stakeholders
- Team player, experience in working in a highly cross-functional organization
- Sense of urgency, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
