The role

As the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager APAC, you will play a pivotal role in managing the interface between corporate and local teams within our Jungheinrich Parts network. You will be responsible for optimizing our regional stock infrastructure, enhancing service levels, and ensuring cost efficiency across our supply chain operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Act as the regional liaison between corporate and local teams, focusing on stock infrastructure, portfolio management, and service level enhancement.
• Lead local spare parts teams in a matrix structure, driving collaboration and efficiency.
• Provide analytical insights and advice to improve local parts stocks and availability.
• Analyze freight solutions for spare parts to identify consolidation and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage and execute 3PL tenders to streamline processes and promote regionalization.
• Develop and implement operational and strategic logistics controls for spare parts.
• Collaborate with headquarters to enhance the performance and capacity of regional distribution centers.

Job Responsibilities:

Distribution:

• Perform daily the Replenishment & Allocation
• Monitor constantly Store Capacity vs Stock on hand.
• Actively collecting data from stores and keeping updated the capacity data for all SAP stores
• Check the Target stock level vs OH for all SKUs and all stores constantly, to make sure that TSL is in line with latest sales performances
• Define allocation strategies in order to always ensure optimised inventory in store, changing the weeks of coverage and the depth of each SKU, accordingly to events/renovations/changes happening in store
• Secure correct level of Inventory for new store opening, renovations, pop-up stores etc. to avoid stock out situation and secure sufficient coverage for best-sellers

Provide Inventory Visibility to Retail, Merchandising & VM Team:

• Support Merchandising team in keeping a "right sized" assortment. To quickly identify the "low performing" styles, and the changes to be made to the current assortment in order to optimize the inventory.

Update Demand & Planning Team on Events and Trends:

• Consolidate feedback at line and department level from sales performance and provide data to the demand and planning team (including buyers’ feedback on the sales forecast)

Adhoc Activities:

• Work with the VM & Merchandising team on special events such as Openings/ Refurbishments/Special launches, to ensure correct level of inventory in store

Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Project Management/Management or equivalent education and experience, is preferred
• 4 - 6 years’ experience in merchandising/merchandising planning/supply chain
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in MS Office suite. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups)
• Good relational skills, to be able to work in an international environment and to be able to build and keep strong relationships with stakeholders
• Team player, experience in working in a highly cross-functional organization
• Sense of urgency, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

About the Role

We're now looking for a proven and accomplished individual to join us as the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager (Non-Food & Service). In this role, you will be responsible for non-food & service procurement within the business.

As the Assistant Manager in Supply Chain & Procurement (Non-Food & Service), you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth supply of Non-food & Service across the group, delivering reduced costs whilst securing high-quality and responsibly sourced products for the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth supply of Non-food & Service across the Group
• Responsible for the pre-qualification, on-boarding, engagement process and contractual arrangements in the supply of all goods, materials and services required to support production and operations within the Group
• Build and maintain the Group Catalog which consists of product specifications, service scope, pricing and rate card
• Prepare documentation of relevant supply chain & procurement activities including industry analysis and price benchmarking

• Provide admin support on shop packet printing and support TPI coordination for all pre-shipment related arrangement. MFG Assistant will also be converting the planned orders to purchase requisitions within the opening period, as well as depleting global slow-moving inventory (SMI) whenever possible.
• Printing shop packets and validating the revisions of the documents in the shop packets before issuing to shop floor.
• Monitor and track pre-shipment activities with Planners.
• Send out NFI (Notification for Inspection) form to the appointed TPI agency.
• Manage and inform TPI on changes of the TPI schedule upon received confirmation from requestors.
