Salary: £54,600 per annum (hourly paid)




Hours: 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings depending on business needs.

To support our Bodyshop, we are looking for a Vehicle MET Technician with at least 3 years’ experience to bring energy and passion
to the team. The successful candidate will have knowledge of suspension, 4-wheel alignment and diagnostics.




This role will include, but is not limited to:




* Performing repairs to an extremely high standard in Mechanical/Electrical.
* Remove and replace/refit mechanical with an emphasis on suspension, steering and cooling systems using the correct and
equipment and methods.
* Perform routine diagnostic checks, tests, and assessments.
* Inspect finished jobs for imperfections ensuring a flawless fit and finish.
* Maintain a clean and organised workplace to ensure the quality and efficiency of the painting process.
* Ensuring that all equipment and tools are used in accordance with defined safety requirements and maintained to a high
standard.
* Follow all safety protocols including PPE to prevent accidents.
* Follow company procedures, policies, practices, and managers instructions.
* Supply a positive & enthusiastic approach to your working day at all times.




Skills and knowledge required:




* Proven experience as a MET tech in an automotive repair setting
* In depth knowledge of all areas of repairing vehicles
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised with a keen eye for detail
* Keen to support others and be a cooperative team player
* Handle all jobs with due care and attention
* Able to complete work from start to finish within the time frame given to a high standard
* Work well under pressure and deal with high volumes of work
* Able to meet strict targets and deadlines

Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am – 12pm depending on business needs.

To support our Bodyshop we are looking for a Trainee Vehicle Technician who has a passion for car repairs, a drive to progress in
the accident repair industry and a full UK driving licence.







We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!







This role will include, but is not limited to:

* Preparation of cars pre-paintwork
* Fine filler work
* Sanding and masking
* General support to the workshop including cleaning and occasional driving to collect/return customer vehicles
* Monthly reviews with the Bodyshop manager to ensure you are developing, eventually becoming a qualified technician in either
painting or panel beating
