Job Description

• Delivery and handling of pastries in proper condition during delivery.
• Assist in store inventory or other operational requirements as and when required.

• Possess Class 3 Driving License.
• Able to read and speak basic English.
• Service Oriented. Customer Service is required as and when.
• Friendly and Caring personality.

Working days: 6 days per week (05:00am to 2:00pm)

Working Location: MacTaggart Road (Closest MRT: Tai Seng)

Company will provide vehicle, petrol and cashcard for delivery duties when required.

Job Description:

1. Research, artwork and layouts for Urban Design Guidebook series (2 books to publish in end 2024)
2. Planning and coordination for Urban Design Festival in end 2024
3. Public engagement support for Identity Corridors (developing drawings, engagement documentation, etc)
4. Support for public space projects in 2024-2025, e.g. stakeholder engagement, coordination, etc
5. Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Working Arrangement:

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm (3 day work week)

Sat/Sun: Off

(flexible 3 days from Mon-Fri)

Contract Duration: 11 Months

Salary: $2100-$4200/Month

Location: Near Maxwell

Job Requirement:

1. A degree in Architecture or Planning
2. Interest to work with stakeholders and be part of public engagement
3. Proficiency with 3D modelling, using rhino, sketchup
4. Proficiency with graphic design software, e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator
5. Able to read plans and translate them into 3D models
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team is a must
