Reach truck operators (this is a dual role - will be working production lines too)
Salary: £23.9 to 24.8K per year DOE
Out of season:
- Monday - Friday 0730 to 1630 (2pm finish on a Friday)
- When operating the reach truck: working in the yard, stacking pallets, moving material and ensuring yard is kept organised
- When working on the production line: wrapping pallets, operating machinery, palletising, moving 10-15kilo bags of produce
In season (July - September):
- 6 days on 1 day off, 12hr shifts (this can be days or nights)
- Day off to be agreed with your manager before season begins
- No days off permitted during peak season
Overtime paid at 1.75x hourly rate for anything above 40hrs - during season can see you being paid overtime rates for at least 2 full days out of your 6.
