NORWICH VAN DRIVER
We are recruiting Van Driver on behalf of some established delivery companies across NORWICH who are recruiting for LTD or Self Employed Van Courier Drivers to deliver parcels and packages to residential and business properties in allocated postcodes. Physical fitness is important as you will be responsible for loading and unloading your vehicle and entering properties that will involve using stairs etc.
Pay Rate £180 Per Day for Long-Wheelbase Van Driver
Key information for applicants:-
• Average of 9 hours a day.
• Start times between 10:00-10:30am each day – these times can be variable depending on needs of business.
• Some weekend work is required,
• Smart work attire is required – no branded clothing/safety shoes etc
• Role involves loading and unloading of own van on daily basis and approx. 90-120 drops on fixed geographical routes. Some collections involved.
• Self Employed or LTD company Van Drivers only.
• Applicants will be driving a 3.5 ton vehicle
• DBS Check will be required prior to commencing employment. This is paid for.
• Successful applicants will be required to attend an interview with the client. Training is approx 4 days and is fully paid.
• Drug and Alcohol test will be required before training commences and random test carried out during employment.
