You will need to demonstrate a flawless work ethic, with strong motivation to support customer needs and your team. You must be a good team player and able to work across as part of a team effort, sometimes alone, in multiple clinical based storage areas. You must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to react positively and helpfully under pressure in a complex and demanding environment. Importantly you must be a people person able to empathise, support but also deliver and you must set the example for your other team members in terms of behaviour, enthusiasm and a desire to be the best person and deliver the best service for our patients. You will need to be a highly motivated individual with good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. You must be able to demonstrate effective problem solving skills to ensure that all aspects of the supply chain service works to the benefit of the trust especially in terms of supply chain and financial management.
