- Assists in the management and accountability of assigned property and performs a wide variety of supply clerical functions to include the requisition, receipt, storage, issue, and transfer of property items.
- Complies with procedures for maintaining property transaction records and participates in the conduct of inventories for property accountability. Issues all turn-in documents, inventory adjustments, and hand receipt documents.
- Coordinates all supply requirements for activities serviced (i.e. GSA Supply/Stock Fund) to include any required liaison requirements with agencies such as the Defense Contracting Command.
- Moves and/or carries furniture and equipment on a regular basis using lifting/moving devices. Utilizes automated data processing systems to fully automate processes involved with supply and acquisition.
- Ensures that program goals are met by guarding against and reducing fraud, waste and abuse. Performs other duties as assigned.
