Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by safely and efficiently transporting the goods from batching plant to customer’s site
• Unloading the goods at the designated job sites within time frame
• To maintain and keep assigned trucks clean at all times
• To ensure that the mixer drums are free of hardened concrete at all times
• To carry out visual checks on concrete slumps and follow procedures for the same
• To carry out truck maintenance according to the truck maintenance checklist at the planned interval
• To deliver Do's to the customer upon delivery of goods and ensure that Do's are signed and returned to the plant
• To carry out any other tasks as per instructed

Requirements:

• CLASS 4 License with Clean record.
• Proven driving experience in the Logistics Department as a Truck Driver or a similar role.
• Verified Commercial Driver License (CDL) will be preferred.
• Professional CDL training will be preferred.
• Must pass the drug and alcohol test.
• A clean driving record will be preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of using the GPS and ability to plan routes accordingly.
• Solid understanding of truck driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to work for long working hours.
• Ability to transport goods in all types of commercial vehicles, for example, tractor-trailer, etc.
• Quick decision-making skills.
• Hardworking and trustworthy individual.
• Good time management skills.

Position Title: Lorry Driver (Class 4 / 5) Working Hours: 6 days (Mon-Fri: 8 am-5pm, Sat: 8 am-12 pm) • Work full Sat – count as OT* Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD4000+ OT + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Min. 3 years of driving experience as a Lorry driver. Must have Class 4/5 driving licence. Follow Singapore traffic regulations. Able to commit OT during weekday and Saturday. Cannot drive back the lorry

Duties & Responsibilities: - • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. • Drive in a safe manner at all time and adhering to traffic rules & regulations stated in the Road Traffic. • To drive company vehicles safely and according to established schedules and route • Delivery service to clients on per schedules • Responsible for waste collection from clients’ premises. • Assist in pumping and cleaning; • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients. • Responsible for daily routine inspections and maintain the overall cleanliness of the vehicle. • Use navigation applications to determine the best route • Carry out the duties arranged by the supervisor and perform duties diligently in accordance with the instructions. • Any other duties and tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor in the area. • Flexibility working time, need work at public holiday, weekend and overtime. Requirement • Able to read and write simple English • Possess Class 4/5 driving license (Good record) • With prime mover, vacuum truck or flatbed experience preferred.
