*Responsibilities*
Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels to ensure product availability and meet market demands.
Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels.
Responsible for recording purchase, storage, and distribution transactions to ensure re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times.
Determines, implements, and monitors strategies, policies, and plans for purchasing, storage, and distribution.
Maintains the required stock levels at minimum cost by planning and implementing plans.
Liaise with manufacturer, sales department and customers regarding requirements for outward goods and associated forwarding transportation.
Liaise with manufacturer, sales department and customers concerning requirements for outward goods and associated forwarding transportation.
Contracts with manufacturer may be negotiated to meet standards for quality, price, and delivery.
Optimise our supply chain operations by being instrumental.
Directs staff activities and monitors their performance.
*Skills and Experience*
Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other CRM and SAAS systems.
Knowledge inventory management, client relations, attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including travelling for business and weekend shifts.
