Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Aviation Marketing Manager- North Asia located in Hong Kong through 19 March 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
P&L responsibility for North Asia aviation portfolio, responsible for working with VCO (Value Chain Optimization) to maximize enterprise profitability by distributive area.
Build, develop and manage relationships with aviation industry customers domiciled in the assigned region for supply at Chevron airport locations globally.
Act as global point of contact for assigned customers.
Provide a transparent, one-stop shop service for customer enquiry, dispute resolution and accounts receivables, by working with Aviation Marketing Support, Aviation Operations, Shared Services Centers, and Credit.
Represent region in global aviation marketing meetings to discuss and resolve issues that require global connectivity.
Manage Location Profitability supported by Aviation Operations Managers for locations.
Responsible for all pricing decisions in tender submissions for assigned locations (from airlines within the region and also from other global airlines outside the region), based on fully loaded costs and market conditions.
Required Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales or a similar field
With minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
