Production Operator:
$17.00 plus shift .75 shift differential to start, plus increased training amounts depending on job training.

As a Production Operator, individuals will be responsible for working in a team atmosphere. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Producing quality products in accordance to standard
Performing efficient set-ups, changeovers and production runs
Learning and cross-training others on production processes and procedures
Using Lean Methods and Continuous Improvement Concepts to improve efficiency
Troubleshooting and implementing changes to best meet the customers' needs
Skills/Education/Experience:
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-pace position
Ability to read and write fluently
Must have basic computer skills
Positive attitude and the willingness to learn new processes
