Summary
The Program Manager is the primary point of contact on multiple projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams made up of professional staff from various departments and functions. Interfaces with the customer and Ryder's technical staff to ensure effective definition of and delivery of projects. Provides regular and proactive communications to customers and Ryder Management. This position specifically works with and support our Start-up Effectiveness Team in our Dedicated Transportation vertical.

Essential Functions
Supports business start-ups for medium to large sized programs
Manages assigned projects using program management methodologies and techniques in accordance with established standards
Interacts with customers and internal functional support teams to ensure results are achieved
Develops implementation strategy to meet customer expectations
Develops and manages plans to include scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications and risks
Coordinates the identification of certification to begin live operations criteria
Monitors post implementation customer expectations and standards
Interacts with multiple levels including Sr. Management within Ryder and client organizations
Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or minimum of 8 years relevant work experience
Five (5) years or more related experience in Project Management required
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
