Job Description :

• Embedded system software design
• Study and analyze on new technologies
• Gather and tidy all the complete project documents.
• Provide after-sales technical support
• Provide failure and reliability analysis for product failures in the field
• Additional or new responsibilities shall be assigned to from time to time as and when necessary

Competent Requirement :

Education & Qualifications : Degree in Electrical and Electrical Engineering or above     degree level.

Work experience : Minimum 5 – 7 years

Skill & Requirement :

• Practical knowledge of C language
• Experience in Microchip or STM microcontroller and eco system.
• Experience in power product design related to current, voltage and others.
• Experience in selecting MCU peripherals pin connect to hardware circuit.  
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.

崗位職責

• 流程改善：確定流程優化、降低成本和最大限度減少浪費的機會。
• 品質保證：確保所有產品符合公司的品質標準和客戶的規格。與品質控制團隊密切合作，解決任何問題並實施糾正措施。

任職資格：

• 候選人必須至少擁有製造/機械/電氣/電子工程學士學位或碩士學位，且 CGPA 3.0/2 及以上。
• 有創意、創新、團隊合作精神強、敬業奉獻、善於分析、能領導任何改進專案。
• 操作數控機床的知識將增加優勢。
• 該職位需要至少 1-3 年的製造工作經驗。 （歡迎應屆畢業生申請）

Job Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence : Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production efficiency, product quality, and resource utilization. Develop and execute plans to achieve production targets and improve plant performance.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications. Work closely with the quality control team to address any issues and implement corrective actions.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with CGPA 3.0/2nd upper and above.
• Creative, innovative, strong team player, dedicated and committed, analytical, able to lead any improvement projects.
• Knowledge to operate CNC machine will be added advantage.
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in Manufacturing required for this position. (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply)
• Self-motivated, hardworking, strong desired to learn new knowledge
