FOR HR :
Handle full spectrum of HR duties.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
• Good in Payroll (Using: Time Access) for office and Factory including CPF & Annual income tax submission IR8A
• Coordinates recruitment & selection process, including induction activities.
• Administration of workers movements such as resignations, transfers, promotion, benefits and overseas travel claims
• Handle all work passes related application in WP Online and EP Online
• Handle employees' medical insurance, workmen injury compensation & group hospitalization
• Organize company events, staff communication and HR improvement projects
• Attendance Report, Leave Forms updates, etc
• Prepare monthly reports and HR statistics and Expatriate management
• In charge for receptionist (pick-up call, order stationeries/pantry stuffs)
• Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
FOR FINANCE:
- Purchase Invoice accounting, payment to supplier
- Custodian of Cash and Bank Payments and Bank Reconciliation
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Accountancy/Business Administration
- Minimum 1 to 2 years accounting experience in financial accounting/HR
- A team player who is self-motivated
