Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Change and Transformation Lead to drive and support the Cyber and Operational Technology Transformation initiatives .Responsible for driving the planning and facilitation of the strategic transformation within our company. The hired person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the innovative strategies and enhanced business processes which are enhancing efficiency, and continuous improvement. Will be responsible for developing a stakeholder map. Will be leading a team of business change and transformation analysts. We would love to have someone who can communicate the benefits of the business change and transformation brings to the teams to address concerns and uncertainty. Someone who has broad knowledge of Cadent’s core policies and procedures that impact the way we operate as the hired person will be actively demonstrating and promoting the Cadent values, and positively contribute to a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Accountabilities :
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the process of change and transformation within the organization.
- Lead the facilitation of smooth transformations during organizational changes such as mergers, restructurings, process improvements, and technology implementations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to develop and implement strategies to minimize disruption, maximize employee adoption, and ensure the successful execution of change initiatives.
- Co-ordinate a multi-functional change and transformation plan to feed into the Cadent plan on behalf of functions. Maintain the change and transformation plan updated, whilst facilitating and advocating good change management ways of working.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the implementation of business transformation initiatives

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of driving sustainable organizational change.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others, build consensus, and drive results in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of change initiatives.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software).
