The department has made significant progress over the past few years and now we are looking to maintain consistency whilst making further improvements. ‘Complete Maths’ is the backbone of our curriculum. We use visual learning methods, including the use of visualisers and modelling. Our ‘exit ticket’ strategy provides students with feedback and further progress. Our focus on a mastery focused curriculum allows for students to be constantly challenged through deep learning opportunities.

We are seeking a Head of Department to manage an experienced team to embed and sustain our positive improvements in our Maths Department.

Job Purpose:  

The Marketing Manager owns and drives the Vendor & Divisional marketing activity aligned to a Business Unit. They liaise between the vendors and the Business Managers/Vendor Managers to create marketing campaigns designed to drive growth and deliver the maximum Return On Investment (ROI) for their Vendors and TD SYNNEX.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships within our vendors and with TD SYNNEX Business Units

• To develop and manage a quarterly marketing planning cycles for the vendors/ Business Units

• Creation and delivery of quarterly marketing campaigns developed from within the planning cycle for the business unit

• Negotiation with vendors for funding of marketing activities

• Day to day management of a Marketing Executive

• Targeted on marketing income and profit

• Measured on ROI of campaigns

• Measured on the effectiveness of driving growth within the business

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Degree or equivalent, or relevant experience

• Good negotiation skills

• Good communication skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word);

• Knowledge of and experience in ROI reporting

• Preferable knowledge of the IT channel
