This role has a starting salary of £34,356 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week.
We are excited to be hiring two IT&D Senior Technicians to join our fantastic IT&D User Experience team. The team is based in Reigate and Woking, providing a quick response to IT issues for all our customers and ensuring all have suitable IT equipment.

About the Role
As an IT&D Senior Technician, you will need to manage your own workload and keep customers updated of their service requests. This can be face-to-face, email, chat or phone, therefore good communication skills using plain English is critical. As well as your own workload, you will need to work in harmony with your colleagues to achieve the team's targets and objectives.
You must be able to think ahead and prepare for upcoming service requests to ensure all new staff receive a good experience and required equipment. You will be required to have good software/hardware skills and the ability to pass these onto our customers in a way they can understand. We would like you to have experience re-imaging devices, assessing physical damage, diagnosing issues and repairing equipment. You will also have experience updating service requests with detailed notes seen by customers and colleagues.
Customers can be working from home, offices or other flexible spaces. You will have the chance to travel around Surrey providing software and hardware support in different environments.
We are based in the office 5 days a week providing support from our main offices in Reigate and Woking, you will also be on call out of hours for 1 week, 4 times a year.
