“I have worked at The Holgate Academy for 22 years as a teacher, STEM coordinator and at present Acting Assistant Head of faculty, where I have been fortunate enough to work in a progressive and forward-thinking science faculty where I have been able to develop my mentoring, teaching and leadership skills. Being able to develop and improve as a teacher has always been a driving force for me and The Holgate Academy provides an excellent CPD programme to enable me to progress and develop.

Our students are the reason that I aim to try and do my very best as a teacher every day. We have some amazing students here at Holgate. Required from January; this popular school seeks an enthusiastic Science teacher for a full time post. They are looking for a solid Science teacher who will be able to commit at least the end of the academic year. This role requires a Science teacher who is able to teach engaging and dynamic lessons in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
