Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is essential
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- Minimum of 3 Months teaching experience in the UK
- Experience of teaching science in KS3 and KS4
- Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
- Enthusiasm for professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the UK curriculum
- Create an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to excel
- Adapt to the changing needs of a diverse student population
- Work closely with colleagues to exchange best practices and continuously improve teaching and learning across the school
- Communicate effectively with learners, staff, and parents
- Engage in extracurricular activities and school events, enhancing the overall educational experience for students
