POSITION PURPOSE 
The New Sales Representative performs initial or follow-up sales calls to prospective and current New Sales customers. The New Sales representative is responsible for ensuring that the customer contact in each prospective sales call meets the customer service and satisfaction experience that is indicative of a true “Liberator” experience 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Articulate the features and benefits of Ostomy, Urology and ancillary product lines offered to  include knowledge of all aspects of use and maintenance of medical supply equipment 
2. Complete initial and follow-up calls on prospective leads via inbound and outbound calls/dialer to include identifying and resolving customer concerns within the process 
3. Track daily production and submit daily sales logs to direct supervisor 
4. Maintain departmental call volume requirements to include inbound and outbound calls 
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide excellent customer service to all  Liberator Customers 
6. Meet or exceed monthly departmental sales goals as established by Sales Ops management 
7. Adhere to phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, ACW, and  minimum call volumes. 
8. Assist any dialed or transferred customer with their order or order related questions. 

ANCILLARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Communicate with potential customers via alternative mediums of internet chat, e-mail and click to  call software 
2. Maintain a positive work atmosphere that embodies Liberator’s philosophy- Professional excellence,  teamwork and integrity. 
3. Maintain high attention to detail throughout daily tasks and projects including accurate notation  and details of each customer account to ensure proper and timely follow up 
4. Assist other departments and team members when required or requested to help meet business 
needs. 
5. Seek continual education opportunities to remain up to date with products and processes 
6. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned 

Minimum Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Shift Hours 9:00am - 5:30PM, one late shift per week to 8:00pm and two Saturday per month

Key Role:

Support the Global Defense Events Lead in the planning and execution of Booz Allen's presence at defense industry conferences and other signature marketing events. Manage project marketing activities in support of the event such as the development of marketing materials, pre- and post-event email promotion, associated advertising, content creation, and social media posts. Travel on-site for 10-12 events per year to ensure smooth booth set up, support of booth staff, and coordination of the delivered materials. Work collaboratively with events lead and other corporate partners to manage exhibitor and vendor requirements. 

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience managing and supporting trade show and conference logistics or managing large-scale corporate events
• 1+ years of experience in marketing or corporate communications including development of marketing materials and event promotion plans
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail 
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Department of Defense service association conferences such as AUSA, Space Symposium, Air Space and Cyber, and Modern Day Marine
• Experience with content management tools such as Kapost or Sprinkler
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Microsoft Dynamics or SalesForce
• Knowledge of Department of Defense protocol
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

We have an opportunity available for a Business Performance and Reporting Analyst to join our AIA Financial Services team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations, you will collaborate to provide business reporting and operational support to our business. This opportunity will suit an experienced Analyst who is currently working within a Financial Advice team or broader financial services industry.

• Build and produce reports and dashboards using Alteryx and PowerBI to measure and report on AIA Financial Services business performance, identify trends, including insightful commentary as required

• Develop robust SQL and other data-driven code, data integration, automated processes and delivery solution

Join BD!! The Plant Controller provides Financial/Accounting support for the BD DS business, specifically Cayey, PR. This includes providing financial support and leadership to Finance and Operations leaders, playing a key role in establishing and achieving financial objectives and formulating and executing Operations strategies.
The position will be responsible for maintaining accounting and reporting procedures resulting in accurate product costs and manufacturing performance reporting and ensures product inventories and manufacturing assets are adequately safeguarded and financial reporting. The position will occasionally interact with Global Marketing, Research and Development, and other General & Administrative functions.  Drives change, as needed, to ensure compliance to GAAP/SOX, reviewing and delivering recommendations for continuous improvement, and clearly communicating relevant fiscal information to executive management. you will manage the Cayey based staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees all planning, reporting, and analysis of Standard Product Costing, Manufacturing Variances, Inventory and its component parts.  Including:
• Developing standard costs
• Maintaining fixed assets
• Ensuring reserves are calculated appropriately.
• Ensuring manufacturing performance is accurately reported.
• Partners with the Manufacturing Directors and Plant ESC to optimize finance related operational decisions, ensure appropriate financial/accounting rigor, introduce process discipline as needed, and safeguard company assets.
• Drives continuous financial improvement through Gross Profit analysis, Inventory analysis, New Product and Discontinuance Analysis, and Spending analysis.
• Ensures that financial reports and records are prepared in compliance with US GAAP and BD financial policies.
• Ensures that financial controls are maintained and that the requirements of the Sarbanes/Oxley Act are met.
• Assists both internal and external auditors with their periodic review of the BD Diagnostic Systems financial records. Is further responsible for the implementation of agreed upon recommendations, related to areas of responsibility, resulting from the audit findings.
• Reviews and monitors capital expenditures and lease agreements for proper compliance with BD policies and procedure. This includes the review and approval on all Capital Appropriation Requests (CB-2’s) and tracking and reporting of construction in progress and capitalization of assets.
• Perform financial assessment in Engineering Change Order (ECR/O) systems activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.
• Actively support Continuous Improvement efforts by leading and/or participating in blitzes and projects as required.
• Actively attend and participate in the ESC meeting and initiatives, whenever requested.
• Coordinating and directing the activities of exempt and/or nonexempt finance associates in Cayey DS.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Proven ability to improve controls and influence decisions through accounting knowledge and data driven financial analysis.
• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPS, etc.)
• ERP experience is necessary; specifically, SAP experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well with management of all levels.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting policies and procedures.
• Determined, proactive and seeks continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed, challenging environment with strong attention to detail.
• Should be well organized and possess good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead projects.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Audit experience preferred, and knowledge of SOX controls.
• Position requires limited domestic travel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance is required.  A CPA, MBA, or CMA is desired.
• Requires 7+ years of relevant progressive accounting AND finance experience in a manufacturing environment. 
• Hands on experience required includes:
  • manufacturing operations
  • product costing
  • manufacturing variances and inventory control
  • financial analysis
  • budgeting & forecasting experience
• Proven ability to lead and serve as an effective team member in a large organization including planning, developing, organizing, directing, managing, and evaluating personnel.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Examine inoperative or malfunctioning Injection Molding Equipment and Robotics in assigned areas and diagnose source of trouble (mechanical or electrical).

• Dismantle machinery and perform routine and non-routine repairs. Replace broken or defective parts reassemble machines and adjust equipment for optimal performance.

• Coordinate the manufacture of replacement items with the Machine Shop.

• Correct electrical problems as needed to facilitate a repair.

• Restoration of vision systems as necessary.

• Fix, Replace, and Calibrate servo motors as necessary.

• Replace parts for emergency repair of inoperative production equipment to avoid costly downtime.

• Perform preventative maintenance task as needed to maintain production equipment. Finish the required maintenance records for each machine.

• Mentoring the junior maintenance personnel and support the production team as required.

• Must be able to work alone or in a group environment on repairs as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education:   

• High school diploma or A.S./A.A. degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 

• Two or more years of experience in repairing industrial equipment and machinery or packaging machinery. 

• Proven understanding of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems as applicable. 

• Able to work with blueprints, or verbal instructions.

Required Proficiencies/Skills:

• Able to read and interpret Electrical schematics.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace sensors, valve manifolds, circuit breakers, and fuses.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions in all sensor types used in production

• Dismantle machinery and perform routine and non-routine repairs. Replace broken or defective parts, reassemble machines and adjust equipment.

• Capable of using a digital multi-meter, oscilloscope, amp probe and use appropriate electrical test equipment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Drive discussions with ISC and BU leaders to ensure maximized value creation and work closely with BUs, Regions and global functions (GSC, Procurement, …) to understand context, drivers, dynamics and build robust Business Cases

About you: To be successful in this role, you require:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance Required

• MBA/ CPA/ CMA preferred 

• Operations Finance experience preferred

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant finance experience

• Previous experience within BDX Finance preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong Financial systems and tools knowledge and utilization skills (HFM, SAP, JDE, BPC)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel as demonstrated by previous experience creating and manipulating complex spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) required

• Previous ERP costing experience (SAP / JDE highly desirable) related to standard cost build-ups and work order variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Propose and perform appropriate market research and VOC activities for innovation projects create need statement, assess value pool/market size, prioritized value drivers and BD ability to win.  

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, analyze market data, VOC and VOS insights to identify areas for improvement in our product and service offerings as well as innovation opportunities.  

• Collaborate with the innovation team (R&D, MA and etc) to advance projects in the ideation phase through Gate A/B and C

• Serve as key marketing contact with starts up companies for potential external partnership assessment and opportunities to accelerate the innovation velocity.

• Propose line extensions and new products to better serve segment needs and optimize sales potential, Collaborate with the product development team to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market feedback and customer needs

• Support the Global Product Development System (GPDS) process as a core team member for the assigned project(s). Accountable for completion of respective marketing deliverables to ensure commercial excellence through collaborative efforts with all levels of other functional areas (e.g., R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, etc.). Use fact-based data to inform key decisions, driving timely decision-making even in the face of incomplete information.

• Lead the product launch efforts, in collaboration with downstream and region marketing team. Develop a global marketing and related launch plan that defines "how to win,” including market development, evidence generation, marketing communications and promotional strategy, content creation, pricing strategies, and customer and sales -facing associate training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience preferred with a focus in marketing and/or product/solution management with demonstrated excellence in innovation and product development

• Ability to understand technical and clinical aspects of intravenous infusion business.

• Experience in highly matrixed environments, able to work with cross-functional teams and to lead teams beyond your direct span of control.

About the role:

As a key member of the Blackbaud Enterprise Sales Team, the Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and penetrating accounts within an assigned territory. The Account Executive must be able to consultatively navigate through large, complex organizations positioning Blackbaud's software, services and training as a best of breed high-end enterprise solution. They must also work collaboratively with other partners in our larger sales engagements to provide a total solution.

The Sales Organization represents opportunities across several verticals including: Higher Education, K-12 Independent Schools, Nonprofit and Healthcare.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing sales activities to exceed assigned revenue objectives.
• Providing tactical and strategic plans with specific measurable time frames to penetrate an account.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers (i.e. Account Managers) to generate additional revenue from existing client base.
• Following up on leads, completing RFP's etc) into accounts to establish additional relationships.
• Executing aggressively on the plan to position Blackbaud as solution of choice.
• Becoming a 'trusted business advisor' and establish Executive relationships at senior levels within client accounts.

What we’ll want you to have:

• 8+ years’ experience in positioning and selling large, complex SaaS CRM and/or ERP software solutions
• Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative selling methodology
• Experience selling/navigating a complex sale
• Experience in both acquiring new business and cultivating existing relationships for business
• A proven track record of consistent over quota achievement within a solutions software vendor
• Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
• Experience selling into development offices a plus
