Job Description:
- Assist Sales reps in assessing potential ability to meet customer’s needs and requirement
- Provide technical supports and information (not limited to training) to customer’s sales representatives and customers
- Prepare quotation and cost analysis as well as negotiating and closing sales with mutual terms and conditions
- Review drawings, analyse design, and retrieve information to complete the drawings, layout, and/or design
- Release projects to Production planner and factory representative for manufacturing process
- Manage contractual modifications during projects to ensure project profitability
- Process change order request made without negative or serious impacts towards production and shipment schedule
- Identify business opportunities and establish while maintaining long term business relationship with existing and potential customer
- To secure new projects and follow through on current projects in order to meet sales target
- Provide customers feedback and information to factory for product development and continuous service improvement
- Record and maintain customer data
- Ad-hoc assignment from superior from time to time
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional certificates / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Degree in Engineering studies / Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) studies
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidate with minimum two to three (2-3) years of HVAC working environment is an advantage
- Familiar with technical key point and solutions for air-conditioning products is an advantage
- Must possess good communication and personal skills, team work, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in doing sales, experience in software selection for airside products
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking effectively and manage priorities in fast paced environment
- Multi-lingual skills in speaking or writing in Bahasa, Chinese, and English
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, AutoCAD
- Moderate travelling is required
