Undertake regular 1:1 supervision sessions with identified administration staff as directed by the Operational Lead and report any training issues and needs. To deliver appropriate training to staff and support induction for new member of staff and produce appropriate training plans/s for the role. Attend and participate in BSO Meetings. Be accessible wherever possible at all times within core working hours. Autonomy to provide a comprehensive business support infrastructure for the Head of Specialised Services and Operational Lead in extracting and analysing reports and data for all Key Performance Indicators (Quantity and Quality) and feeding back in such a format that can be understood and actioned by the Services/Teams to achieve compliance, inform supervision and forward planning. Monitor ESR Business Intelligence system to ensure compliance with staff mandatory training/appraisals/sickness providing reports as necessary. To ensure robust systems are in place to monitor, capture, extract and analyse relevant data to measure performance against contracts and to support compliance with Key Performance targets providing relevant information on a daily basis in a variety of formats. Monitor, extract and analyse complex information from a variety of sources including the Patient Information System in order to meet reporting requirements on a daily basis. This includes sensitive information contained within clinical documentation. To support the Operational Lead and wider MPFT staff to work alongside 3rd Party Sector colleagues within the Autism Hubs. Assist the Operational Lead with monthly Nominal Roll, leave and expense returns as required providing reports as necessary. To deliver appropriate training to staff on the Patient Information System and identify and report any training issues/needs to the Service Manager and Operational Team Leader. Review Risk Register on a regular basis in line with local guidance. Collate CQC evidence as directed by the Management Structure. Contribute to local policy and suggest changes to improve service or protocols.

Our client is a bespoke item manufacturer based in Telford; they are looking for an Administrator to join their business on permanent basis. They are going through some exciting changes in the business, and in the process of implementing some new systems and therefore need an experienced and flexible administrator to support the business. They are looking for someone who has a strong administration background and possibly some exposure to basic accounts and financial duties however this is not essential.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

• Assist the business in answering calls incoming to the business and transferring to the correct departments when required.
• Data entry into internal systems and checking information is accurate.
• Some purchasing administration duties to place orders for goods / materials.
• Creating project information packs to support the management team.
• Process sales orders onto working progress and accounts system, raise delivery notes and reconcile goods out notes and other admin duties.
• You will be required to cover duties while other members of staff are on annual leave (full training will be given).
• Supporting with some basic accounts and financial duties such as purchase ledger and sales ledger but in small volumes / to cover during holidays.

They employ over 75 staff covering key service lines such as taxation, advisory, accounts/bookkeeping and audit. This firm has a unique portfolio of clients ranging from multi-million turnover corporate clients, owner-managed businesses and start-up businesses. The need for a Tax Advisory Senior Manager has arisen due to the success and organic growth of the firm as this role will work alongside a strong team of collaborative partners.
Your new role
This is a new addition to the taxation team in Manchester, with this key strategic hire being brought in to handle tax advisory work for the firm. The current tax service line consists of 7 tax advisers, and you will be working alongside an experienced Tax Advisory Senior Manager supporting a wide variety of businesses and owners. You will have your own portfolio of UK and international businesses, working with the business owners and gaining involvement with anything from mergers, corporate restructuring (demergers / share for share exchanges), exit planning and MBOs, Business Investment Relief and remittance planning, stamp duty land tax planning advice to name a few.This is a varied advisory role where your client exposure will be similar to that of a Big 4 or Top 10 accountancy practice but with a wider breadth of advisory projects.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job opportunity, the firm is seeking a CTA qualified advisor who has solid corporate advisory skills and strong report writing skills.
The partners are keen to hear from entrepreneurial individuals who have worked within the Top 10 / Big 4 and are keen to progress their career alongside advisors who have worked within tax boutiques offering broad advisory knowledge.
