Job Description
This is a multi-faceted role that requires a highly organized and motivated individual. The ideal candidate needs to be a team player with a strong work ethic and a self-starter with a positive attitude. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Job Responsibilities
Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently, and prepare and issue invoices and other sales-related documentation.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure timely order fulfilment and the warehouse team for material/stock planning.
Respond promptly to customers' enquiries, handle customer feedback/complaints, and provide solutions promptly and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
Liaises with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products (local/overseas) monitor supplier performance and resolves any issues
Coordinates with logistics providers to arrange shipping and delivery (local/overseas) tracks shipments and resolves any logistical challenges. Prepares shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of AutoCount software (will be an advantage)
Min. 1-2 years of experience preferably in a trading environment (local/overseas) that has some supply chain knowledge
Mandarin efficiency as this position needs to liaise with CHINA colleagues/suppliers and business partners.
