Local Business Manager
Salary - £31,800 per annum
Location - Harlow - covering West Essex
Full-Time - 37 hours per week – on call on a rota basis
ECL are seeking a Local Business Manager to motivate, support and lead the West Essex Team
The role will require management and leadership skills to enable you and your team to deliver emerging strategies in West Essex
You will be responsible for giving direction to employees and volunteers, daily coordination and development of the services through influencing key stakeholders, with a strong focus on choice and control for customers.
To succeed in this role, you need:
• To have previous experience of managing and leading a team
• To have previous experience of working in Care
• A proven track record of budget management in order to deliver a cost-effective service and maximise income opportunities
• To work flexibly and collaboratively across structural boundaries
• To be aware of the market dynamics and emerging opportunities and work collaboratively
• To be friendly, approachable, supportive and adaptable to change
• To have a full driving licence and access to a car
