We are offering an interesting and varied position within a well established company based in Binfield, Berkshire. We are looking for a proactive, adaptable individual with the ability to demonstrate clear and creative thinking and who has developed organisational and decision-making skills.

BRIEF JOB SUMMARY
General duties – Assisting our customers, suppliers and other departments via phone, email and in person using our CRM and accounts system. Raising quotations and invoices. Full Sales order processing including, maintaining stock levels. Arranging couriers and customs documentation, packaging, dispatching, and receiving goods to and from the UK and abroad. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation

NATURE OF BUSINESS:
Tracks Laser & Electronics are the UK and Irish distributor for LPKF Laser & Electronics. For the last 37 years we have been distributing leading edge technological solutions for PCB prototyping. We supply many blue chip and government bodies.

At there are 5 employees in the company. Because of the nature of the company, all employees are forward thinking individuals who take control of their own roles. This role is based in our office in Binfield. Office hours are 8.30 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 to 16.00 on Fridays.

REQUIREMENTS:
A good standard of education with attention to detail. Working knowledge of Microsoft office and preferable a CRM and accounts package.
