An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Unit Secretary within the Surgical Directorate. Applications are invited from a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to join our busy administrative team to provide administrative support to the Management team within the Surgical Directorate Trust wide.
This successful candidate will be expected to travel Trust wide.
The post holder must be able to use own initiative, work under pressure, keep to strict deadlines and have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
The primary purpose of this role is to Support the Senior Management team within the Business Unit with all administrative and clerical duties.
The post holder will be responsible for diary management, meeting preparation and minute taking and ordering and Procurement to ensure a high quality and consistent service is maintained at all times.
