Job Title: Retail Sales Executive - Telecoms Retail Team
Location: 49 Leicester Rd, Salford M7 4AS

Monday to Friday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
Sundays(rotational): 10:00am - 3:00pm
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Probation Period: 6 months
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Bonus Structure

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an expanding telecoms company, for a Retail Sales Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a growing business, offering tailored communication solutions for both business and consumer customers.

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in-store, ensuring customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance in a friendly and
professional manner
- Identify customer requirements by asking the right questions and offering tailored
solutions
- Advise customers on products and services in-store, over the phone, or via email
- Cross-sell products and services to help drive sales
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to ensure accurate advice is given
- Maintain a clean and professional retail environment, ensuring stock is organised and
secure
- Provide excellent customer service at all times and ensure customer satisfaction
Work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the
store

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment (telecoms experience is desirable)
- A keen interest in technology and telecommunications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to solve problems efficiently
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A professional and presentable appearance at all times

Your new role
The organisation is now recruiting for a Business Analyst on the Retail side of the business which acts as a Systems Integrator for a large retail business, operating an integrated retail solution. This encompasses point of sale, back-office retail functionality, warehouse management, supply chain, distribution and data warehousing. The successful Business Analyst will add capability to the existing IT function, taking ownership of requirements definition and analysis, and systems process documentation. This role will involve working closely with the solutions architect and with customer stakeholders and third parties to ensure and assure that all current and new implementations satisfy defined functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

* Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

* Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

* Performing requirements definition and analysis.

* Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

* Able to operate independently with minimal supervision and confident in making critical decisions.

* Used to working with external customers and partners and able to manage demanding stakeholders.

* Excellent communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Multi site and international experience is an advantage.

* Professional BA certification is desirable.
