The travel agent will be expected to handle incoming calls on behalf of our client including the exploration and understanding of the needs and expectations of customers.

The role requires you to be a fluent Spanish and French speaker to have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond to consumers in an empathetic, caring and friendly manner. you will also be required to have strong English second language capabilities.
