Qualifications and skills required
In order to succeed as a Tax Senior, you will need to have strong corporate tax technical and practical knowledge and good knowledge of tax issues affecting OMB's and their shareholders. Knowledge of UK accounting standards and competent in interpreting accounts and other financial information is essential but knowledge of other business taxes and tax reporting processes is preferable but not essential. Strong IT skills including MS Office and databases, Alphatax ideal but not essential.

Our client based in Guildford is seeking experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Advisors

This role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions to support the Sales Department.

Handling all sales leads originating from our digital enquiry portal, live chat, or email and maximising every opportunity to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional commitment to customer care and possess a professional demeanour

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working in a customer service or sales role
• Key interest in sales process
• Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills
• Consistently achieve quality standards for calls and emails as defined by company service levels
• Ability to provide personalised service.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
• A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities

Financial Services Business Manager

• Salary: Upto £60k

• Hours: 8am to 6pm Monday - Friday
• Based in Redhill, Surrey
• This is a fill time Office based role

Our client based in Redhill is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager.

Summary of duties include:

· To maximise the profitable sales of finance and insurance products · To assist in the closing of sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling To secure finance business using providers approved To ensure F & I policies are followed by all staff when using finance and insurance products To ensure that Sales Management, General Management and other front line sales staff are kept abreast of developments in the finance and insurance market Requirements: Up-to-date knowledge and relevant experience gained within the finance and insurance industry An ability to build good customer relationships and negotiate profitable transactions An ability to mentor and develop others while being regarded as a member of a team To be able to develop contacts within the F & I industry Understanding of the legal, tax and fiscal implications of Finance and Insurance
