About the role: Business Engagement Specialist
The Business Engagement Specialist (BES) team is an exciting team to work for, we work directly with employers to help them grow their talent pipelines. We have a variety of apprenticeships on offer and can help businesses employ an apprentice with us. We also work directly with employers to help them take on T-level students on work placement. Your role will be predominately external facing; working closely with employers through outreach and also following up on various leads and enquiries, however you will also need to work internally with our team of performance coaches, tutors and faculty managers.
You will be based at any of our campuses. Some of the BES team currently adopt a hybrid working pattern and the successful applicant will have the option to work from home for part of the week if they would prefer to do so.
This role will be predominately focused on engaging with businesses across the Oxfordshire/Berkshire region however the successful applicant will need to be adaptable and flexible should the needs of the business change.

Our Consultancy based client based in Addlestone is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development strategies and meeting revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and confident individual to develop their career with a reputable company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies within the team to drive growth
• Identify opportunities and create new sales leads to meet revenue targets
• Utilise telephone sales, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from client companies
• Ensure a strong sales approach is completed each week on existing and prospect clients
• Achieve personal KPI's, including decision maker calls, manipulated starts, booked meetings and prospect/suspect growth
• Possess in-depth knowledge of industry-specific value propositions
• Identify customer needs and target accordingly
• Follow CRM processes
• Set up and complete business development presentations
• Drive hot leads/leads strategies from the Delivery team and measure success on this.

You will be working for a premium brand in Guildford, providing excellent administrative support to accounts, consumers and account executives with an emphasis to establish and maintain account relationships with customers and the Sales Team.

Duties will include:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers
• Answer to e-mail enquiries from customers within 24 hours
• Order entry in timely and accurate manner
• Review, process and set up all new accounts in SAP
• Ensure all paperwork and information is correct and complete
• Maintain customer master data
• Provide support to customers regarding status of shipments, credits/returns/repairs
• Provide advice and product support to customers
• Secure daily and monthly reporting according to set standards

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a similar customer support and administration role
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Ability to prioritise work
• Proficient is using MS Office
• Ability to communicate in a variety of business settings
