Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the senior stakeholders, providing influential financial insights to support operational and tactical decision-making. You will be a key member of the Leadership Team, ensuring that financial considerations are integrated into all strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include appraising business cases, ensuring adherence to financial regulations, and presenting financial plans and performance analyses. You will also support monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasting processes, while managing and developing an Associate Finance Business Partner.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong track record in management reporting and financial analysis, with experience in complex, multidisciplinary environments. You should be a fully qualified member of a professional accounting body (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) and possess excellent communication skills to influence and challenge senior managers. Proficiency in financial information systems, advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills, and the ability to manage and mentor staff are essential.

The primary role of the Internal Sales Manager is to lead and manage the internal sales team, with a focus on growth and development along with the management of the existing customer base. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 4:15pm and Friday 08:00am - 1:15pm.
Your new role
As Internal Sales Manager, the role needs an experienced candidate who can be on proactivity regarding managing data, analysing trends, managing the sales team and office, whilst keeping a focus on a specifically assigned customer base. Understanding and leading the team to encourage making outbound sales calls to all prospects, drop-offs, lapsed customers and supporting the progression of any new customers to generate revenue, develop business and secure margin. Overall, to help business to progress and make improvements where possible to reduce time and save money.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, you will need strong organisation skills. Acting as a main point of contact, Pro-actively grows customer and sales forecast targets. Previous proven experience working in a busy customer service and sales office environment is required, along with excellent all-round IT skills - highly proficient with all modules of MS Office (e.g. strong data analysis and manipulation in Excel) - previous working knowledge and understanding of customer CRM processes. Strong communication skills - both interpersonal and written and customer-focused individuals with a strong team working ethic.
