Sika Vietnam is seeking a Concrete Sales Manager - North to drive the growth and profitability of our Concrete Admixture business in the Northern region. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage a team of sales professionals, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

This position is expected to start in January or February 2025

Specific duties:

• Business Strategies: Collaborate with the TM Concrete Manager and Branch Manager to develop targeted business strategies for specific market segments.
• Sales Planning: Assist the TM Concrete Manager in developing and implementing monthly, quarterly, annual, and 3-year sales budgets.
• Operational Performance: Monitor and manage operational activities to meet sales, profit, and market share goals.
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market segments and applications.
• Market Coverage: Increase market penetration and coverage.
• Accounts Receivable: Support the Accounts Department in managing accounts receivable.
• Staffing and Training: Ensure the Sales Department is fully staffed with qualified personnel who are well-trained and motivated to work collaboratively.
• Expense Management: Control expenses to maximize profitability and growth.
• General Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of TM Concrete and North Area Manager. 

Technical: 

• Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved.
• Assist management in creating product training/introduction materials.
• Research technical topics according to mentor's guidance.
• Collaborating with Marcom team to prepare and setup internal training, event, workshop, exhibition.

Pre-sales:

• Provide technical assistant for customers to support design, tender clarification, and spec-in Bosch product into project.
• Introducing Bosch Security System Video products to System Integrator, Designer, A&E firms, End Users.
• Support technical manager to conduct product demo & PoC, product & solution presentation to customer.
