Business Development Manager

Our Basingstoke Based client are looking for a Business Development Manager. Our client specialises in network security. They work with clients to ensure they are using safe, secure, and reliable systems that keep their data safe. Offering a wide variety of packages to suit each clients need to secure a safe network infrastructure.

Base salary: Up to £40k per annum with uncapped commission

Duties

* Contributing to the support of reaching company sales, profit and revenue targets by increasing sales within existing clients as well as winning new business.
* The candidate must create proposal and quotation documentation
* The candidate must ensure that they continuously liaise with consultants, marketing personnel and sales support.
* Proactively managing prospects to generate net new leads via an Online CRM system
* Maintain an accurate sales forecast
* Develop and maintain a good understanding of the company's products and services

Skills

Graduate Training Programme: First 6 months

• Work towards running your own business in the group, learning about staff management, purchasing, profit and loss, etc. The business operates in a decentralised manner, allowing local managers to make informed decisions that drive the business forward.

As Finance Business Partner, you'll oversee the accurate and timely processing of capital accounting transactions and compliance with policy standards. You’ll manage a small team of finance assistants and work directly with stakeholders to strengthen financial understanding and drive efficiencies across the department. What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of balance sheet positions and actions.

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with 3+ years’ experience, ideally in a shared services setting.

• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively challenge and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience in team management with a strategic, detail-oriented approach to achieving department goals.
