Rullion has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Coordinator to join a renowned financial client based in Ringwood.
Main responsibility
The Business Support Co-ordinator will be responsible for the smooth administration and processing of new business within the Brewery Rentals area of the business and the provision of Sales Support to the Sales Team.
Profile
The Business Support Co-ordinator role is key to our success as the job holder will be looking after our customers and providing them with the first class service they are accustomed to. The role will be based in the Ringwood Office and will report to the Office Manager. The post holder will work closely with the management and sales teams to support with administrative tasks. They will need to be attentive to detail, work quickly to deadlines and be highly disciplined in their approach to administration. Whilst this role is primarily an administrative and customer service role it is extremely varied so the job holder will need to be both flexible, adaptable and open to change.
Key responsibilities
New Business Processing - To create, check and process finance documentation and ensure compliant with current legislation and Processes.
Customer Service - To be first point of contact for contacting CBR by phone, email, fax or in person.
General Administration - Processing of sales and purchase invoices on SAP
Planning and Organising - To effectively plan and organise time to maximise productivity and efficiency.
Systems - To be fully conversant with the systems required to operate as part of the role and to use systems in line with CAF operating policies and procedures.
Health & Safety - Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).
Training - You are required to attend training courses as and when requested, for both regulatory and personal development purposes.
Policies and Procedures - To help ensure that the Close Brewery Rentals policies and procedures are understood and adhered to at all times.
Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
Education and qualifications
GCSE Level Mathematics and English.
