Job title: Sales Representative
Salary range: 800-1000 USD/month plus commissions
Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM EST

Responsibilities:
● Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers via call/email/chat.
● Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions
● Provide 5-star service to our clients.
● Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
● Be proficient with technology.
● Possess a high level of understanding, patience and empathy. Able to navigate more difficult conversations/interactions with professionalism.

● Uses various software applications such as spreadsheets, field and work management, CRM, and scheduling software to enter, edit, and/or format data and/or reports.
● Leading consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
● Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
● Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage executives for next steps
● Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
● A minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience.
● Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
● Experience in the Shopify platform and eCommerce in general.
● Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
● Strong communication skills via phone and email.
● Be proficient with technology.
● Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
● Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
● Excellent oral & written communication skills (English language)
● Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and has great attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
● Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors, requires minimal supervision.
● Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction goals.
