Location: Ashington

Contract: Full time

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the role:

Delivering quality administrative support on specialist work streams such as Responsive Repairs,
Void works, Damp and Mould, and Minor works
Assisting in the planning and scheduling of trade resources
Managing enquiries from colleagues, clients and contractors and providing advice and information on the service.
Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indictors and management information
