The E2E Strategy Director will coordinate and oversee all Business Cases related to any architecture or any strategic initiatives related to E2E Supply Chain for all BUs and cross-BUs.

This role is also responsible for defining and implementing standard business case formats and KPIs across the company, providing guidance and finance support to ISC teams.

• Business-to-business sales experience, with preference given to those with distribution experience and a scientific background and/or having work in a laboratory or research environment

• Demonstrated capability to effectively use outstanding selling processes (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman) and technology platforms including Salesforce.com and QlikView

• Provide Avantor solutions to customers across assigned market segments.

• Lead a territory consisting of many customers across various markets.

• Prospect and establish new customers by maintaining a sales pipeline and developing and delivering proposals to customers.

• Represent and develop strong relationships with manufacturers.

• Work directly with local manufacturer representatives to develop and continually improve product knowledge, arrive at most favored pricing, and improve account profitability.

Key Role:

Execute marketing activities and conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for building business. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with developing and delivering technical solutions for Government clients
• 5+ years of experience in professional service sales within cybersecurity, including security strategy, for cyber defense and offense
• Experience with building Basis of Estimates for a variety of technical solutions, including hardware, software, integrated systems, cyber solutions, and complex IT solutions, including developing Work Breakdown Structures
• Ability to research and communicate competitor technical solutions, cost implications associated with alternative solutions, risk mitigation, and competitive landscape with senior leadership
• Ability to own and drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure and provide longer-term account management to strategic client accounts
• Ability to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging environments, work with senior leaders to foster positive client relationships, identify new business opportunities with existing clients, and develop new intellectual capital
• Ability to synthesize technical content and distill into key messages that will resonate with senior business leaders
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with developing an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Experience with strategy design, capability building, and organizational design and change
• Experience working in Joint Environments a plus
• Experience working with Air Force Cyber Units preferred
• Experience with briefing senior executives
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including comprehension, conflict resolution, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, organizational, and client-facilitation skills
• Master's degree preferred
• PMP Certification is a plus
