Corporate Digital Platform Technologist, Senior Manager
Key Role:
Work as the digital employee experience application manager within Booz Allen’s Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions organization, driving the technical stack for digital experience and engagement across the company. Assume responsibility for managing the corporate intranet and a suite of related employee engagement applications. Establish and maintain relationships with primary stakeholders across the organization and provide recommendations on content and user experience. Elicit input from various segments of associates, business owners, and content contributors, and prioritize them according to the strategic roadmap. Define and manage project plans to deliver outputs that enhance the customer experience in terms of content quality, accessibility, readability, and comprehension. Define and build the intranet analytics strategy and manage the platform feedback cycle to translate it into requirements. Translate the end-user and content contributor requirements into high-level visual designs using templates as needed. Maintain deep expertise in platform functionality and provide support and training to end-users and content contributors, as well as solutions for digital transformation. Lead the development of innovative solutions to highly complex problems, supervise and develop first level managers, manage relationships with stakeholders, and oversee user research, visual design, information architecture, site navigation, and application performance. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with intranet and content management systems such as SharePoint Online
- 5+ years of experience managing corporate intranets and information sharing solutions
- Experience working across cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, steering committee members, and vendors to merge perspectives, gain commitment, and improve relationships
- Experience setting team priorities, roadmaps, and visions based on value-driven outcomes in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of software development concepts such as Agile, Scrum, and the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to translate provided data and feedback into aligned impact, value, and outcome
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience with technology, or Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience with technology
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with knowledge management and data governance across integrated platforms
- Experience with engagement and digital experience platforms such as Microsoft Viva, Yammer, and FirstUp
- Experience with customer service operations and associated ticketing systems
- Ability to demonstrate a strong passion for leading teams through complex problems toward human-centric solutions
- Possession of strong accountability, organization, critical thinking, communication, and advocacy skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $118,000.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
