Salary: $74,000 per year (base salary)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Minimum 5-year contract)
Langhorne Creek Premium Vineyards Pty Ltd,trading as Belvidere Winery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Events Manager to join our award-winning team. This role will be responsible for organizing and managing a wide range of events—both online and offline—for international and local customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote conferences, conventions, trade shows, and other events to potential clients.
• Respond to inquiries regarding room and equipment hire, catering, and other services, and work with clients to create tailored event packages.
• Organize and manage all aspects of events, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, accommodation, transport, and social events.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate costs for services, and ensure events are delivered within the agreed financial parameters.
• Host site visits, prepare event orders, review contracts, and oversee the execution of events, including the supervision of staff.
• Handle all event-related administrative tasks such as quotations, bookings, run sheets, and payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of all events.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
• Tertiary qualifications in Event Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in producing marketing materials and event promotions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage quotations, bookings, event coordination, and payment processes effectively.
• Experience in reviewing and managing event contracts, preparing event orders, and hosting site visits.
• Good English skills. Proficient in Chinese preferred.
