Responsibilities:

â—Ź Plan, organise, and manage the execution of projects to ensure timely delivery within the established schedule and approved budget.
â—Ź Oversee all project activities and coordinate interactions between project teams and external entities to align with project goals.
â—Ź Manage project finances, including responsibility for profit and loss (P&L), monthly financial forecasting, and end-of-month financial reporting.
â—Ź Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters for clients, government agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
â—Ź Collaborate closely with clients to manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, and budgets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Professional and Team Development:
â—Ź Recruit, assign, and monitor the progress of project team members, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources and optimal team performance.
â—Ź Conduct daily scrum meetings to keep track of project progress and assist the team in resolving any challenges.
â—Ź Provide both ad hoc and regular management reports on project status to upper management.
â—Ź Present project updates and strategic insights during regular Project Progress meetings.
Qualifications:
â—Ź Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or related fields.
â—Ź Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
â—Ź Expertise in financial management, including P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
â—Ź Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
â—Ź Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English.
â—Ź Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
â—Ź Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in conducting scrum meetings.
